“Glory to the Defeated.”
A free, skill-based medieval MMORPG where three nations fight for control of one seamless, low-fantasy world.
Set in the contested realm of Stoneholm, Gloria Victis trades theme-park questing for open-world war. Combat is non-target and directional — every block and swing is yours to time and aim. The entire economy is player-made: gear is forged by crafters, not farmed from bosses. Capture territory, lay open siege to castles, and decide how much you risk in partial-loot zones. No classes, no pay-to-win — just skill, steel, and the nation you choose to fight for.
Stoneholm is contested ground, and gear is balanced so map dominance shifts with the players, not the patch notes. A mercenary recruiter offers free transfers to whichever nation is currently the underdog, and fighting for an underdog yields more coin, loot and XP.

Blacksmithing and armoursmithing.
Black & Gold banner · Byzantine empire, united with the Azeb nomads
A former great power, now bound to the Azeb nomads. Old wealth, old grudges, and a long memory for both.

Open-world sieges, a player-made economy, and fights decided by skill — not by who paid the most. Medieval war with consequences, on one seamless map.
Sieges aren't instanced. Nations and guilds raise siege camps, storm real walls, and a win flips a castle's ownership on the live map — handing the whole controlling nation bonuses to loot, crafting and XP.
Swords are forged, not dropped by monsters. A player-driven economy of crafting professions arms the entire war, so gatherers, smiths and cooks matter as much as the front rank — every blade on the field was made by someone.
Combat is skill-based and non-target: you aim, time and read each swing yourself. Risk is yours to choose — safe zones to learn in, contested partial-loot zones for the real rewards — and fighting for the underdog nation pays the best.
A community-built companion to the game: deep guides, complete catalogues, and tools to plan your character and read the war.
